Great shop, great team, great bikes. Never had a bad experience there. The team is super knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Any maintainance has been no more than a couple of days of not right on the spot.
Just purchased a brand new road bike with Andrew (with some help from Michael!), who was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was also right on par with what I had researched online. I was fully intending on riding back (after getting dropped off by an Uber) with my new bike, and then it started to downpour as we were wrapping up. Then, these awesome folks offered to DRIVE ME HOME! It's not very often we see customer service like this, and right then I knew I made the right decision working with this shop. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new bike!!!

I'm 16 now, and I've gotten every bike I've ever had my whole life from Jay's. I dropped off my bike that had some problems with the gears today (Sunday) at around 11 this morning and we expected to pick up my bike on Wendsday, but we got it back today, (the same day) at 5 o'clock. The gears on my bike weren't just fixed, but the brakes felt so much better then before, the tires were inflated, and it was cleaned as well!
