Took my car there to be serviced. In addition I had a problem with my mirror. Brian, Paul, and Bob were very polite and professional. They were very honest and upfront. Initially, I was quoted a higher price, but they called me back and stated that it was less . Very impressed with their honesty as well as integrity.
This place is awesome. Got a nail in my tire and was taken care of immediately. Very efficient service , price and friendly staff. Coffee was nice also. Definitely be back when needed again. Special thanks to Bob.
Went on 2 separate occasions for the same issue. Both times my car was seen very quickly, and I was treated with the utmost professionalism. This shop is a prime example of how all mechanic shops should be run. I know I'll be coming back and will recommend their services to anyone in the area.
Service was good. Tires procured within 24 hours of requesting and installed as promised. Unfortunately they provided inaccurate information regarding available rebate which cost me being able to qualify. Basically they informed me the rebate was extended for them beyond manufacturer statement and it can be submitted online. After my rebate being denied, I called them and spoke to Brian about the result and was told that the rebate should of been mailed, not submitted online. Unfortuantely no compensation offered. Admittedly should of known better but BEWARE false rebate claims!!
Failed to vacuum bleed the brake lines on my older truck after I told them they had to be vacuum bled or it would damage the master cylinder (common sense for any mechanic). They first said they weren’t sure if they were vacuum bled when I had to bring it back the first time because brakes were still bad. Brought it back a second time in a week because my brakes completely went out when driving right after bringing it home. Master cylinder has blown and they’re telling me it’s not their fault. Basically they did the work wrong and turned a $300 brake job into $800 in damage and are now refusing to do anything about it. I even had a REAL mechanic talk to the man at the desk over the phone and tell him the work was done incorrectly and the damage directly stems from not vacuum bleeding the lines. 2 other people who I know have also had to bring their car back multiple times for the problem either not being fixed or worsening.
