Always very helpful and there's never anything in that store that I don't want. Beautiful! Convenient, reasonable, functional. It's like a trifecta of a trifecta!

My experience with this store is horrible. I bought a $2000 couch that looked 10yrs old after 6months, after below average use. They sincerely apologized and agreed the couch looked terrible after coming to my home to investigate. I picked out new fabric they suggested and was told the old fabric was discontinued due to complaints. The new couch was delivered months later....no difference! I went back after 4 months, except this time they wouldn't come to look at the couch, which was worse than the first couch. So they sent a "manufacturer rep". Haha! That guy was from North Jersey and the couch is from the Carolinas. More like from China! And the "reps" report took zero accountability. I might add it took him 6 weeks to show up and two more weeks to file the findings. Feathers were coming out everywhere (including pillows), pilling everywhere including the skirt around the sofa. The farmhouse refused to do anything to help...yet they still use the same crappie couch manufacturer. This store only cares about money. The store make excuses for weeks, I said fine, don't give me my hard earned money back-give me a credit. Toward something else? Nope.
