EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I made an appointment for today. I took a day off of work for this. 10 minutes into my 30 minute appointment I called because the gutmwasn't here. He's not coming. I understand family emergencies but I should not have had to call them. Will NEVER use them again
