Love the doctors and the clinical staff. No complaints. Expensive, but our puppy deserves the best. The boarding facilities were however underwhelming. They over promised on the facilities and the feedback, but failed to execute. They moved our puppy from a run to a crate despite our understanding that she was to be in a run. Did not provide any updates on her stay or behavior. She seemed undernourished and retracted when we picked her up.
I had my Pet rabbit Neutered by Dr. Loomis and the entire staff was friendly and couretous. very prompt with follow up phone call. Made me feel very welcoming and put me at ease about the surgery.
Very accommodating. I’m glad I found this place for Jager to stay when I’m away. A special shout out to Katherine for finding a way for my dog to stay on a holiday where this place is fully booked. Thanks to the techs who took care of him in my absence.
I have had one or more dogs for over 26 years and a cat. About 5 years ago I tried Westfield Animal Hospital and will never go to another Vet. It starts with the staff which is beyond outstanding and caring. Dr. Neumann treats all pets as if they were hers. She was also the first Vet to diagnose my dog properly with allergies. Seems easy but my dog suffered for over a year until Dr. Neumann diagnosed him properly. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any pet owner. Love the staff and all the doctors.
Everyone at Westfield Animal Hospital is a pleasure to deal with. When I first brought my pups, I explained how nervous the one is when at the vet, and instead of putting her on the table to exacerbate her anxiety, Dr. J. got on the floor and did the exam there to keep her as calm as possible. Not to mention, they are the first vets to be able to cut her nails without having to put her under! I highly recommend.
