Then I go inside to pay and the old lady behind the counter was completely obnoxious to say the least.
I think this place must have changed ownership or at least management. I've been going there for years and a "the works" top level clean used to include a really thorough clean inside and out. Now they barely touch the inside. I had chocolate smeared on my rear view mirror by my kid and they didn't even wipe that off. You couldn't tell I'd just had my car cleaned at all. Then when you complain they have the nerve to say you need to pay to have it detailed for them to simply wipe down the insides of the doors and clean the mirror. Really a shame because this used to be one of the best car washes around.
I had an oil change here. The following day I noticed an oil leak under my car. By week two there was a puddle of oil under my car. By week three the oil was pouring from it. I took it to my mechanic who verified that Westfield Auto Spa had had tightened the cap too tight and stripped it. Thankfully, the owner did contact me and offered to make things right. I was really impressed and thankful he took the time to rectify the situation. I will go back!
I will never go back to this place again and do not recommend anyone going there either.
It started with the first guy I saw when I had to get out of my car so they can vacuum the car very unfriendly.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a car wash.
On the expensive side for an non hand wash. For what they charge I was expecting a much more thorough cleaning.
Then I come outside and not one of the guys that was drying the car crack a smile and showed any kind of friendliness. I had to tell them to put the tire shine on my car because neither one of them wanted to do it.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? I always brought my car here because of their service. However, today that changes. They left my car door open when entering, thus hitting the wall. When I confronted the workers they said no English. Then the cashier said it's fine cause they have padding on the walls! Seriously?!! Horrible workers( except the perople working to dry the cars).
