Love this place. Purchased a monthly plan. Car comes out clean and it's dried properly. Friendly folks behind the counter.
The next day Peter who we found out later was the owner called her and was yelling at her blaming her for not checking the car before she left. She told him when you finally got me the car over an hour after promised and I already had to find transportation to pick up my children, missed a few appointments and was running late for a meeting. I didn't think after paying $120 to get the interior of my car detailed I had to inspect it. It should be in tip top shape. Regardless as soon as She got home and saw the issue she called them.
Then when she finally got the car and got home she realized the car was super dirty and poorly cleaned. There were piles of sand on the seats, marks on the inner doors, smudges and dirt in the receptacles on the side of doors. She called and left a message.

My wife brought our car in to get detailed they told her she could pick up the car in 2 hours then they didn't have it ready and she had to arrange transportation to pick up our kids at school. Which was a huge inconvenience.
Contrary to Carl's wife visit to the local car wash, I witness the situation when she arrived to pick up her car. She was nasty from the onset, she tried to tell me not to patronize the detail center and made a scene in the showroom. If this was my wife, I would have been so embarrassed. Carl you where not present, I was !! Correct your wife. She should have spoken to owner and NOT bad mouthed to me and other customers. Towne car wash is a good local business in town.
Great service. Love the monthly unlimited washes. Just make sure the wheel guy wipes your rims.
No one deserves this type of treatment and I reccomend to not get your car cleaned here. There are plenty of great car washes right down the street and the service is exceptional.
Any way he made a big scene in front of everyone and gave her money back. Not sure why Peter thinks as a business owner it is okay to do a poor job and then yell at his customers for them bringing it up. Pulling a woman aside a yelling in her face is deplorable and you should be ashamed of yourself Peter.

Peter then called her the next day and told her to go down there.She went down to the car wash expecting him to just clean what they missed and that would be it. Instead he decided it was cool to pull a woman aside and get in her face and yell at her for his poor job instead of just doing the job he was paid to do clean the car.
